In response to COVID-19, TMR Qld (Qld Transport) has suspended all driving tests for three months. So, we are also taking the initiative to protect everyone in close contact and follow social distancing guidelines by Govt. Therefore, we are suspending all driving lessons in the months of April and May. Please contact us back in June 2020 to rebook if you have any remaining driving lessons.
3 Months Package Expiry will not apply to any packages due to COVID-19, if you have remaining driving lessons you can book driving lessons in June 2020, once things get better.

If anyone wishes to apply for a refund of the remaining paid driving lessons, a $5 processing fee will be applied to all payments. Other additional charges may apply including 2.9%+30c Paypal or Credit/Debit card charges if the payment has been made via Paypal / Credit Debit Card. For package used lessons up to 4 hours will be calculated at a rate of $63 / hour and $290 for five hours of a used pack.
Refund will be calculated as explained in the following examples:
Example 1: if you have paid for 4 hours via bank transfer = $252 and 3 hours driving lessons are not taken, then the refund amount will be $189-$5= $184.
Example 2: if you have paid for 5 hours via bank transfer = $290 and have 3 hours unused driving lessons remaining then refund amount will be $290 -$(2×63)-$5= $159
Example 3: if you have paid for 5 hours via Paypal or Credit Card = $290 and have 3 hours unused driving lessons remaining then refund amount will be $290 -$(2×63) -$5 -0.30- $8.41 (2.9 % of $290) = $150.29
Example 4: if you have paid for 10 hours via bank transfer = $550 and have 5 hours unused driving lessons remaining then refund amount will be $550-$290 -$5= $255
Example 5: if you have paid for 10 hours via Paypal or Credit Card = $550 and have 5 hours unused driving lessons remaining then refund amount will be $550 -$290 -$5 -0.30- $15.95 (2.9 % of $550) = $238.75
